Join NAIOP CFL for a “First Look” Tour of Lake House Luxury Apartments in Downtown Orlando’s Historic Ivanhoe Village hosted by FINFROCK.

The Lake House Apartments, across from beautiful Lake Ivanhoe on a 2.4 acre site will feature 252 units above 34,900 square feet of office space and 2,563 square feet of eatery space. The new luxury residences will include 19,537 of amenity space including an elevated 2nd floor pool deck, fitness center, lounge and clubhouse on the ninth floor overlooking Lake Ivanhoe and the downtown Orlando skyline. Residents will also enjoy secure parking in a 523 space precast garage and will be able to walk to neighborhood boutiques, restaurants, a brewery, and parks. FINFROCK is the design-build general contractor, architect, and structural engineer for the apartments and the parking structure.
Vertical construction of the project began in March 2019, and first units are planned for new residents in July 2020. This is the second market rate multi-family project to utilize FINFROCK’s innovative DualDeck® Building System, following the award-winning Juno (formerly Broadstone Winter Park/Alliance Residential) multifamily residences that opened to tenants in February 2019.
Parking near the project is limited and carpooling is encouraged.
Space is limited to the first 50 members that register.
